I have lost count of the times I;ve painted this scene when on night duty or during the day when working at Wapping Thames Police Station. MACKENZIE MOULTON ARTIST Mackenzie Moulton, born 21st June 1947 in Exeter, Devon, England. The first son of an English father and Scottish Mother and an Irish Grandfather.
