Wapping High Street and Gun wharf where I lived for a while, right next door to the tube station, but my work was just 2 minutes walk away, needless to say I was always late. I painted this around 1990 in oils on a 24 by 12 inch canvas. They relaid the cobbles in the street just before that, but I preferred the old ones, they were smoother. One of many paintings of Wapping and Docklands for you to enjoy and hopefully purchase, my hard work has been done all those years ago now you can have it in print or print canvas.
MACKENZIE MOULTON ARTIST Mackenzie Moulton, born 21st June 1947 in Exeter, Devon, England. The first son of an English father and Scottish Mother and an Irish Grandfather. A result of which he has a deep Celtic origin. His talent recognised at an early age and a year before leaving school at 15, was invited to attend Exeter Art College at weekends to study Sculpture.
